Adrian Peterson Holds, Settles Grudge

Last year Green Bay cornerback Al Harris put a low hit on Vikings All-World running back Adrian Peterson in a week 10 clash. The hit cut short Peterson's game, caused him to miss two more games (one against Oakland's lousy rushing defense, the other against the Giants), and kept Peterson from finishing first in the league in rushing yardage.

"No grudes, but I definitely wanted to come out and, if I had the opportunity,
put a little boom on Harris," Peterson said after the game.

Mission Accomplished. I love this video. I've sat here and watched it about twenty times already. I hate Al Harris. It's those stupid dreadlocks. Can't stand him, can't stand anyone with them. This goes for Steven Jackson, Troy Polamalu's stupid afro, Ricky Williams with them (he's ok now that he shaved his head), Manny Ramirez, Pacman Jones, etc...

A close second in dreadlocked guys getting run over is Steven Jackson getting hammered by Sheldon Brown. Although, Jackson pops up and does a stupid celebration, whereas it seemed like Harris had trouble grabbing his mouthpiece to put back in.

For the record, Peterson finished with 103 rushing, 11 receiving yards and a TD.

Breaking News: Shawne Merriman is having knee surgery. Glad someone came to their senses.
